Right place for exploring Miami Beach. We loved the great pool. Thanks to their valet for the help...
-
everything was great from staff, who were helpful, to the good location.
-
I enjoyed the familial quality and relaxed comfortable feel of the property. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist at all times. The beach access was amazing and very rejuvenating. The pool was great The restaurant was pretty good considering they were still remodeling. The hotel was in the process of remodeling too which was nice to see because the art deco hotels are important to our history.
The couch in the room was dirty and the pull out bed was completely uncomfortable and unsleepable. We had to pull the matress off the bed and put it on the floor. The toilet got plugged up twice and smelled bad.

really the Savoy excellent Location
-
Great location, view, service, & pool!
-
I have felt in love with the Savoy hotel and I will come back here again!!The staff was always attentive and ready to help!!The location is convinient for many different purposes such as beach, night life , shopping!!!Beautiful and clean accomodation and territory of the Hotel
-
I really enjoyed the accessibility to the beach.
Hotel carpeting was badly stained.
-
The hotel was situated right on the beach which was very convenient for us. We had a suite which was big and roomy, ideal for a family, the rooms were clean but a little run down but this didn't really bother us as we were only there to sleep anyway! The pool area was nice as was the happy hour at the bar which provided free snacks. The restaurants were literally 5 minutes walk away from the hotel and although it was noisy it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle!
I thought the cost of this hotel was rather expensive for what we got, there was no breakfast included in the price and they charge for beach beds and umbrella whether you use them or not! There was also no balcony so therefore no-where to dry wet clothes, although there are rooms with balconies so you may need to ask when booking.
-
The hotel is at ocean drive, that very nice. Rooms are like little appartments. It's on the beach with a direct access
It's seems like an old high level hotel but the maintenance is poor. Some little things doesn't work. The price is a bit over the classification because of this.
-
location and price!...great pool, good restaurant (during the day), good service
no food late at night
-
The facilities where not available,Gym was closed by 7:30, bar on a Saturday was closed at 8:00 pm. ridiculous, would not go back.
-
The staff at the front desk and both of the bellmen that I dealt with were friendly, helpful & unerringly helpful. To a person, all of the employees of the hotel seemed to be genuinely desirous of making my stay as pleasant as possible and were constantly inquiring after my well-being.
While my particular room was fine, the facilities/physical condition of the hotel was a little tired & rundown - it seemed as if the hotel was in the process of being updated/renovated to address this inevitable shortcoming. Unfortunately, upon check-in my room was not available until approximately 5:00pm, which made for a somewhat uncomfortable beginning of a one night stay.
-
Its location is excellent for South Beach amenities - its also at the quieter end so you can get a good night's sleep. The pools are also very good with a separate childrens pool. The staff are always polite and helpful.
I always stay at this hotel when in Miami (6 times to date) however it is currently showing signs of wear and tear especially in the common areas-corridors etc. I believe the hotel is due a major refurbishment soon though feel that the prices could have reflected its current state.
-
I liked that the location was close to the excitement, but not in the middle of it. I liked the beach access, proximity to shopping, and restaurants.
The hotel/room did show some minor wear, but my guess is most hotels in that part of town are like that.

Access to the beach and umbrellas on the beach. Was also upgraded to a ocean view with a huge balcony
Hallway noise but that's just my personal preference.
